Everything was nice, including very amiable staff who told me to look for my keys in the reception desk. The location was amazing, to the old quarter with easy access to supermarkets and shops. Besides, it was 3 km away from The Great Barn.

The room was available with modern amenities such as an electric kettle, a fridge, and a washing machine. the location of the hotel was good and magnificent, not too far from a Buddhist temple.

I would like to stay there on the next trip, no complains at all. The property is fairly clean; well-equipped rooms; comfy bed. Extremely helpful and thoughtful staff here who told me to look for my keys in the reception desk. The hotel is set in a nice location close enough to many great restaurants, Near West Lake of Ha Noi and the attractions. Tay Ho district is worth your attention.

Comfortable and peaceful location with a freshwater lake nearby. The room I booked had a balcony, but it wasn't cleaned properly, especially the washroom. 🏞️

The hotel is located in a very calm area, nestled in a quiet street. It's close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for finding something to eat or buying necessities. it's quite close to the places I need to go to, which saves me time and effort. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and always willing to help with any concerns. They even kept my bags after I checked out, which was a great convenience.
The curtains in the room are quite thin, allowing a lot of light to shine through in the morning.

the location was perfect for me as it was situated in a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby to choose from. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, with a lovely view from the balcony. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met.
